BlueBulb Financials is seeking a friendly and organized FrontDesk professional to join our team. As a FrontDesk, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or person.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage appointment calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Reliable and punctual.
