About the role:
- Join Christian Aid’s Service Desk team as a first-line ICT support professional. Your role will be crucial in delivering effective and efficient ICT support to our global staff, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- The key responsibilities include providing prompt and effective technical support, resolving issues at the first point of contact;
- Managing user network and systems accounts, handling hardware and software setup and configuration;
- Diagnosing, documenting, and escalating issues to other ICT support teams as necessary;
- Participating in emergency response efforts and assisting with office setup and closure within your region; and translating instructions or procedures when required.
