Job Summary

  • Transaction Analyst is ideal for an individual who is passionate about real estate, eager to learn, and looking to build a career in strategic advisory, capital markets, and occupier solutions.
  • The Transaction Analyst will support the team in delivering high-impact advisory and transaction services to institutional and private clients.
  • The role offers hands on exposure to exclusive real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, joint ventures, and advisory mandates.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Support & Coordination:

  • Assist in preparing client proposals, property briefs, pitch decks, and transaction documentation.
  • Support due diligence activities by gathering and organizing property data, legal documents, and regulatory materials.
  • Attend site inspections, client meetings, and industry events as needed.

Research & Market Intelligence:

  • Conduct location analysis, benchmarking studies, and sector overviews to support client recommendations.
  • Track real estate trends, comparable transactions, and emerging opportunities across asset classes.
  • Contribute to the development of research materials and internal knowledge databases.

Client Engagement Support:

  • Help manage communication with clients, investors, and partners through email correspondence and meeting follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deal status, and pipeline activities.

Internal Documentation & Learning:

  • Draft internal reports and transaction summaries to keep the team updated on progress and milestones.
  • Help develop and refine templates, checklists, and tools used across TAS engagements.
  • Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities with senior team members.

Learning & Development

  • Take initiative to understand transaction structures, client needs, and commercial drivers behind deals.
  • Shadow Associates and Managers on live projects to build practical understanding and gain insight into negotiation strategies and deal making processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in real estate, consulting, client service, or a corporate support role.
  • Strong interest in real estate advisory, transaction strategy, and client-facing work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); ability to create visually clear presentations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Curiosity, coachability, and a desire to grow within the team.
