Confederated Facilitators Limited (CFL Group) started in 1998 with a company known as Next Technology Nigeria Limited, a telecommunication company that provides internet services for teeming customers. The company was founded by Engr. Lai Omotola. In a space of Nine (9) years, additional 14 companies were added to make up CFL Group as it is known today. In 2015, CFL Group became a full fledge infrastructure company cutting across Real Estate, Energy, Power, Construction, Agriculture and Transportation. We are a fully indigenous Nigeria Company located in Lagos.

 

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce creative concepts, layouts, and visual elements for various digital and print materials (e.g., websites, brochures, advertisements, banners, social media graphics, email templates, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with the company’s brand identity and visual standards.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Prepare files for print production, ensuring proper resolution, color profiles, and specifications.
  • Create and modify logos, illustrations, and other visual assets as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to improve design quality and efficiency continuously.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other marketing materials as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or other design software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work across a range of media.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
