Job Overview:
- We are looking for a Graphics Designer who will strategically create designs that will connect and communicate with our customers.
- You will be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- You will be highly analytical, a self-starter, results-oriented and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop illustrations, layouts, and other designs using appropriate design software.
- Ensure proper use of color, typography, and layout in all designs.
- Prepare rough drafts and present creative ideas for approval.
- Develop overall layouts and production designs for company reports, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Create visual text and imagery concepts using computer software or by hand to effectively communicate ideas that engage and captivate audiences.
- Design creative assets based on given requirements and brand guidelines.
- Manage project timelines, plan design workflows, and determine budget constraints.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members regarding the design process and project updates.
- Contribute to the team by accomplishing tasks as needed to meet project goals.
- Create a variety of designs across both digital and offline media, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
- Prepare designs for pre-press production, ensuring accuracy in formatting and print specifications.
- Design and develop visually appealing PowerPoint presentations to support internal and external communications.
- Video editing and Motion graphic or 3d animation skills are a plus.
Requirements:
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or any related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a graphic designer working on multiple brands and projects.
- Proficiency in design techniques, tools, and principles.
- Strong experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other relevant tools.
- Understanding of pre-press management and print production processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to create polished, high-quality designs.
- Strong visual communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work setting.
- Creativity and originality in developing innovative design concepts.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations with strong visual storytelling elements.
Location and Travel:
- The candidate will be based in Nigeria.
