Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality visual designs across multiple platforms: social media, websites, newsletters, advertisements, packaging, and event materials.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines and visual identity across all company assets.
- Translate strategic marketing objectives into innovative, on-brand design solutions.
- Take ownership of end-to-end design processes: ideation, conceptualization, iteration, and final execution.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, web, product, and sales) to align creative concepts with business goals.
- Manage multiple design projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, technologies, and design standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a graphic designer in a professional setting or creative agency.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative projects and your contribution to them—portfolio submission is mandatory.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and similar platforms.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for both digital and print mediums.
- Ability to effectively present ideas and take constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational and time management skills—able to meet deadlines consistently.
- Added advantage: Motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX design capabilities.
Salary:
N250,000 – N450,000 monthly.
