About the Role
- We are seeking for an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Head, Customer Experience.
- The candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing strategic customer accounts, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.
- With a focus on excellence in customer service, service delivery and relationship management, the Head will lead by example and serve as a key liaison between our company and our valued clients.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a First Degree in Social Sciences or Humanities
- MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 10 years experience in leadership roles with Cutover Service, Key Account Management, Telemarketing, or Billing Reconciliation.
