- The Head of Corporate Finance will lead deal origination, transaction structuring, and execution of capital market and advisory services, including equity issuance, M&A, debt advisory, and financial restructuring.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline. MBA, CFA, or CIS certifications are highly desirable
- At least 8 years of experience in corporate finance within a stockbroking or investment banking environment.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian capital markets, SEC requirements, and transaction processes.
- Proven experience managing high-value deals and engaging C-level executives.
- Excellent leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in an asset management is a plus.
