Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager.
• The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.
• This role is critical to fostering a positive work environment, attracting top talent, and supporting the firm’s growth and success
• We are looking for a strategic and experienced HR professional to lead and manage the full spectrum of human resource functions within a fast-paced legal services environment.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Expertise:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administrative, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is required.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Deep knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
