Job Summary:
As Head of Human Resources, you would be responsible for leading and developing HR strategies, managing the HR team, and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations while also fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to senior management on HR matters.
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with company values and culture.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Talent Management:
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement training and development programs.
- Manage performance management processes.
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations issues.
HR Operations:
- Manage the HR budget and resources effectively.
- Oversee HR systems and processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Manage employee benefits programs.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support.
- Motivate and develop HR team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing HR team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in an agribusiness, manufacturing, production, and service industry or organization.
- No less than 10 years of experience.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- Proficiency in HR systems and software.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Certifications:
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other relevant HR certifications are a plus.
Remuneration is between N750K – N950K monthly net.
