Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Sales Support:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to support sales objectives.
- Align marketing strategies with business goals to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Brand & Product Management:
- Lead and mentor Product/Brand Managers to ensure effective positioning and lifecycle management.
- Oversee brand development, messaging, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations in all marketing materials.
Digital Marketing Leadership:
- Direct the digital marketing team in executing SEO, social media, email, and content marketing strategies.
- Leverage data analytics to optimize digital campaigns and improve ROI.
- Enhance online presence and engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare ecosystem (hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, etc.).
- Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders (healthcare providers, NGOs, government agencies).
- Drive initiatives to expand market share and enter new therapeutic segments.
Team & Performance Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team (brand managers, digital marketers, etc.).
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, regulatory, and supply chain teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or related field; B.Pharm preferred.
- 10+ years in pharmaceutical marketing, with 5+ years in leadership.
- Proven track record in brand management, digital marketing, and business development.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Salary
N800,000 – N1,000,000 / month.
