In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

- The Head of Operations will work closely with the executive team to scale the company, optimize processes, and enhance overall business performance.
Key Role & Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership:
- Partner with the CEO to define and implement business strategy and operational roadmaps.
- Drive operational alignment to achieve growth, profitability, and market expansion goals.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable business processes.
- Ensure operational readiness for SaaS delivery, including subscription management, service uptime, and client onboarding.
Product & Service Delivery:
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery of enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Lead project governance for public sector digitalization initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations, timelines, and quality standards.
- Champion customer-centric operations by ensuring high-quality user experiences and measurable outcomes.
Financial & Performance Management:
- Work closely with the CFO to monitor financial performance, optimize operational costs, and drive profitability.
- Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across operations, service delivery, and client engagement.
- Oversee vendor management and partnership agreements that support SaaS scaling and public sector contracts.
People & Culture:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure talent strategies align with the company’s scaling and digital transformation goals.
Risk & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and public sector procurement regulations.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with SaaS delivery and digital transformation projects.
- Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
Requirements & Competencies:

Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 + work experience with 8 years or more years of experience in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record as a senior executive and experience in tech operations leadership, public sector, utilities experience and technology management.
- Strong background in public sector digitalization or enterprise transformation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to scale SaaS businesses, including subscription models, service delivery, and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience with process automation, digital platforms, and enterprise integration solutions.
- Strong understanding of compliance, data security, and government procurement frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
