Job Overview
- We’re seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Operations to lead and optimize our operational functions.
- This is a critical leadership role, responsible for overseeing all aspects of our day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving sustainable growth.
- The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a proven track record of improving operational performance and leading teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals. Oversee the execution of these strategies, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Set clear expectations and provide regular performance feedback.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, finance) to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in operations management
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to drive operational improvements and efficiencies.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Salary
N700,000 – N900,000 Monthly.
