AI/ML Engineer Job Description

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to architect and build our client’s multi-agent AI system; you will lead the architecture and development of our core AI multi-agent product offering, scaling it for thousands of companies globally.

Core Responsibilities

Agent Development: Build production-ready AI agents using GPT-4, Claude-3, and fine-tuned models
System Architecture: Design scalable multi-agent coordination and communication patterns
Model Integration: Implement and optimise LLM integrations with proper prompt engineering
RAG Implementation: Build vector databases and retrieval systems for company knowledge
Performance Optimisation: Ensure <2s response times and 99.9% availability for enterprise customers

Required Experience

4+ years ML/AI engineering with production systems experience
LLM Integration: Hands-on experience with GPT-4, Claude, or similar large language models
Multi-Agent Systems: Understanding of agent coordination, communication patterns, and workflow orchestration
Vector Databases: Experience with Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar for RAG implementations
Python Expertise: Advanced Python with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
Enterprise Software: Experience building B2B SaaS applications with enterprise requirements

Preferred Background

Startup Experience: Previous experience at high-growth startups or scale-ups
Customer Support Domain: Understanding of IT support workflows and ticketing systems
Fine-tuning Experience: Experience with model fine-tuning and custom training
Conversation AI: Experience building chatbots or conversational AI systems
Academic Background: MS/PhD in AI/ML, Computer Science, or related field
