Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Partnership Outreach Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and establishing partnerships with local businesses (restaurants, tour operators, cafes, activity providers, etc.) using a modern, tool-driven outreach process. This is a fully remote and flexible role, perfect for a self-starter who excels at managing digital outreach campaigns and is motivated by clear, achievable targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize prospecting tools, specifically Google Chrome extension scrapers, to efficiently identify and extract contact information for potential partners.
- Outreach Execution: Set up, manage, and optimize high-volume cold email campaigns using outreach platforms like Instantly .ai. You will be responsible for the entire process, from campaign setup to A/B testing subject lines and personalizing email copy.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for potential partners, professionally handling all email correspondence, answering queries, and nurturing leads generated from your campaigns.
- Partnership Onboarding: Guide interested businesses through our simple partnership process to successfully establish a “deal” or offer for our community members.
- Performance Tracking: Meticulously track and report on your daily
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including:
- Number of outreach emails sent.
- Open rates, response rates, and other campaign metrics.
- Number of new partnerships established.
Who We’re Looking For:
- An Exceptional Communicator
- You have outstanding written English skills and can write professional, persuasive, and friendly emails that get responses.
- A Self-Starter: You are highly disciplined and self-motivated, capable of managing your own schedule and working independently to meet daily and weekly goals.
- Experienced with Outreach Tools: You have hands-on experience with: Email Sending Platforms (e.g., Instantly.ai, Lemlist, Mailshake)
- You must be able to set up campaigns, manage leads, and analyze performance data.
- Web Scraping Tools: You are comfortable using Google Chrome extensions or similar tools for lead prospecting and data extraction.
- Results-Oriented: You are driven by performance and motivated by a compensation structure that rewards your direct impact on our partnership goals.
- Organized & Analytical: You can efficiently manage a large pipeline of leads and use data from your campaigns to make informed decisions.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: 100,000 NGN per month + 1300 Naira per partnership
- Performance bonus for first 100 partners, then 700 Naira
- Weekly payment to TON wallet
