Job Description
- We are hiring a Marketing Assistant(NYSC) to support our HMO team in sourcing and onboarding new clients.
- The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, a continuous improvement mindset, and a proactive approach to supporting the team.
Responsibilities
- Sending accurate price lists to the HMO providers.
- Work on Quotations as the need arises.
- Ensure the availability of drugs.
- Ensure all necessary documentation process is carried out promptly.
- Assist with sourcing and onboarding new HMO clients.
- Attend Medical/Pharmaceutical programs to advertise the company’s products and services.
- To assist with dispensing drugs and ensure that there are no errors.
- Provide adequate support to the operations lead.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HMO Team Lead.
Qualifications
- BA / B.Sc Marketing, Business Administration, Management Courses.
- At least one year experience in a medical/pharmaceutical setting.
- Attentive to details and a continuous improvement mindset.
