Job Summary

  • Provide exceptional guest service, manage reservations, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes at Hotel Capitol.

Responsibilities

  • Guest Services: Greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and address inquiries.
  • Reservations: Manage bookings, process payments, and handle cancellations.
  • Information: Provide local info, recommend services, and handle requests.
  • Operations: Maintain accurate records, process payments, and ensure room readiness.
  • Safety & Security: Monitor access, handle keys, and ensure guest safety.

Requirements

  • HND or BSc in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a front desk role.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera).
