We’re currently seeking a dynamic and innovative individual for the role of HR and Operations (Intern).
Job Summary:
We are seeking a technically adept and highly organized HR and Operations Intern to join our team. This hybrid role requires a fast thinker, quick learner, and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Suite, and HR software. They will work closely with the Lead Strategist and HR & Ops Associate to manage a candidate database, ensure documentation is up-to-date, and assist with various HR and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.

Assist in organizing staff meetings, training, and company events.

Work closely with the operations department to support HR and operational functions.

Help coordinate office operations and logistics.

Assist with HR and operations tasks, including recruitment support, onboarding, and employee record management.

Proficiently use Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Suite, and other relevant software for daily tasks and communication.

Manage inventory of office supplies and ensure timely restocking.

Update job boards and platforms with job postings and update them in WhatsApp community.

Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR and Operations team.

Adapt quickly to new processes and technologies, incorporating feedback with an open mind.

Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

Must reside in Lekki and its environs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and other office software.

Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn and take initiative.

A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.

Experience in a hybrid or remote work setting is a plus.
