Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to Project Managers and Operations Leaders within our BPO delivery teams, ensuring consistent and effective people management practices across projects.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for 2–3 Project Managers (depending on project size), providing expert guidance on all people-related matters.
  • Translate organizational and HR strategies into actionable plans for assigned project teams.
  • Use data and insights to identify people trends and recommend targeted interventions to improve performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Cascade and ensure consistent execution of core HR processes and programs (e.g., performance management, engagement surveys, recognition, and career development initiatives).
  • Act as the process owner for HR within assigned projects—identifying issues, coordinating solutions, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support Project Managers through all performance management phases, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Coach and enable leaders to adopt effective people management practices and lead high-performing teams.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver targeted training and capability-building initiatives for project teams.
  • Contribute to broader HR projects and organizational programs as required.

Must-Have Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5 years and above experience in HR Business Partnering or generalist HR roles, preferably in a BPO, operations, or service delivery environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
  • Ability to interpret people’s data and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution.

Preferred Background:

  • Member of a professional HR association
  • Experience supporting multiple business leaders or project teams simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
