Responsibilities- HR Generalist

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Administer and oversee employee compensatiob and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, including orientation and training programs.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment.
Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and maintain accurate employee records.
Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
Stay updated with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Qualifications- HR Generalist

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
Experience with HRIS and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
HR certification (e.g., CIPM PHR, SPHR)
