Job Description
- The HR Manager will be responsible for driving HR strategy, managing talent acquisition, and building effective people systems that support business growth.
- This is a great opportunity for a proactive HR professional to bring structure, innovation, and leadership into a technical and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
- Drive performance management and staff development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR policies.
- Foster a positive work culture, handle employee relations, and support change management.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum of 3 years HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practices.
- Experience in the Tech Industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Female Preferably.
