- We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations, manage our staff team, and drive positive organizational change.

Responsibilities
- Staff Management & Development: Oversee the day-to-day management of the staff team, ensuring a productive and harmonious workplace. Provide leadership, coaching, and support to enhance staff performance and satisfaction.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to upskill staff and foster professional growth. Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Organizational Change & Culture: Drive positive change across the organization by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Performance Management: Develop and manage performance evaluation processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Address performance issues and implement improvement plans as needed.
- HR Strategy & Compliance: Develop HR policies and practices that comply with local regulations and support business objectives. Ensure adherence to labor laws and ethical HR practices.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources management.
- Proven track record of managing and leading teams in a professional environment.
- Strong expertise in recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to drive organizational change and improve staff efficiency.
- Proficient in HR software and tools for managing workflows and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
