HR Help Desk:

  • Employee Relations
  • Event Coordination
  • Documentation

Attendance & Absence Management:

  • Attendance Tracking.
  • Absence Management

Performance Management:

  • Appraisal Coordination.
  • Performance Database.
  • Talent Management

Compliance:

  • Statutory Compliance.
  • Policy Review.
  • Deadlines

Administration and Support:

  • Record Keeping.
  • Reporting.
  • Stationery & Equipment.
  • Other Assigned Tasks

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Resourcing & Employment.
  • Advert Placement.
  • Job Descriptions.
  • Assessment Coordination.
  • Interview Coordination.
  • Offer Package.
  • Onboarding.

Learning and Development:

  • Training Needs Analysis.
  • Training Coordination.
  • Documentation.

People Services:

  • Payroll Support.
  • Employee Benefits.
  • Attrition Management.

Requirements

  • Degree in a related field
  • 3 years of cognate experience.

Salary
N250,000-N280,000 Monthly.
