Job Summary
- We’re hiring an HR Officer with 3–5 years of experience to support our HR operations in an engineering company.
- The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
- Good knowledge of HR processes and labour laws
- Strong communication and people skills
- Experience in an engineering or technical firm is an added advantage.
