Job Purpose
- To provide day-to-day HR support across all operations by managing recruitment, employee attendance, overtime, documentation, and general HR administration to ensure smooth and efficient people management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes — job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain a database of applicants and track recruitment activities.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, intent letters, and employment contracts.
- Facilitate staff induction and orientation for new employees.
Attendance & Overtime Management:
- Track and monitor daily staff attendance using the biometric or manual system.
- Collate and verify attendance reports for payroll processing.
- Prepare, review, and submit monthly overtime schedules and allowances for approval.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in attendance and overtime documentation.
HR Administration & Employee Relations:
- Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and HR database.
- Handle staff requests, leave applications, and queries professionally.
- Assist in managing disciplinary processes and staff welfare programs.
- Support in communication and implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
Performance & Compliance:
- Assist in performance appraisal coordination and tracking of staff KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and standard HR practices.
- Prepare periodic HR reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment status, etc.).
General Support:
- Participate in HR audits, compliance checks, and internal reviews.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- 2–4 years relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, sales, or FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes — recruitment, attendance management, payroll support, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and good organizational ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR-related software (attendance systems, HRIS, etc.).
- Membership or student membership of CIPM is an advantage.
