Job Overview
- The HRBP will collaborate with business leaders to drive organisational performance, ensure compliance and embed a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- To serve as a strategic guide to regional managers and business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Performance management and talent optimisation
- To carry out HR operations and compliance
- Outsource management
- Recruitment, Onboarding and Vendor Management
- Employee engagement and wellbeing
- Planning and reporting.
Requirements
- Qualification: B.Sc / HND in HRM, Business Admin and other related fields
- Experience: 3 – 5 years and above
- Gender: Male and Female
- Age: Not more than 45 years.
Abilities / Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices
- Proficiency with the HRIS system
- Strong analytical, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Professional HR certification, e.g CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, is a plus.
Salary
N350,000 monthly.
