Job Summary
- Responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resources and General Affairs functions within a fast-paced fintech environment.
- This role ensures effective talent acquisition, employee relations, regulatory compliance, office administration, and supports business growth through strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for tech, product, risk, compliance, and operations roles.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with fintech regulatory requirements and company objectives.
- Manage onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
- Oversee performance management and appraisal cycles.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Monitor Compensation & Benefits, payroll coordination, and HR data accuracy.
- Support organizational design and workforce planning for rapid scaling.
General Affairs (GA):
- Oversee office facilities, vendor management, and procurement.
- Manage office operations, equipment, maintenance, and security arrangements.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, training sessions, and travel logistics.
- Monitor office budget, utilities, and operational expenses.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 3 years experience.
Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 monthly.
