Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage payroll and HR correspondence.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc. / HND in Human Resource Management, Business Admin, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR role.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of HR software and Nigerian labor laws is an added advantage.
