Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR policy compliance
- Handle employee relations and performance evaluations
- Support management in workforce planning and development
Requirements
- BSc in any Social Science or Human Resource Management
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and conflict-resolution abilities.
