About the Role
- We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead our recruitment, HR operations, and organizational culture efforts as we grow.
- This is a full-time, long-term position with room to grow into a senior leadership role.
- We are not looking for agencies, we want someone committed to building with us.
You’ll work directly with the founder and leadership team to:
- Design and execute a full-cycle recruitment strategy
- Develop scalable HR systems and people processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws (especially Nigerian labor law)
- Shape our employer brand and internal culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR and recruitment strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build and manage a structured, transparent, and scalable recruitment funnel
- Maintain compliance with Nigerian labor laws and global HR best practices
- Draft, update, and enforce HR policies, employment contracts, and company handbook
- Advise leadership on workforce planning and talent development
- Foster a high-performing, mission-driven company culture
- Keep HR records, reports, and documentation accurate and confidential
- Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- Minimum 4 – 5 years of HR experience, preferably in startups or high-growth environments
- Professional certification such as CIPM (Nigeria), SHRM, or HRCI is required
- Deep understanding of Nigerian labor law, HR compliance, and employee relations
- Proven experience designing and managing recruitment pipelines
- Familiarity with remote/hybrid work environments and international hiring is a plus
- Tech-savvy and able to work with modern HR and ATS tools.

Salary
N300,000 – N500,000 monthly.
