Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources & Admin Manager at Prime Innovation Institute of Technology located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Human Resources & Admin Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations. Additionally, the role involves overseeing administrative tasks such as facilities management, budgeting, and coordinating office operations.

Qualifications (Human Resources & Admin Manager)

Proven experience in human resources, preferably in the education industry
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in Nigeria
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Certification in Human Resources Management is a plus.
