Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources (AM HR) Manager to join our dedicated team.

- As a key player in our leadership team, you will foster a positive workplace culture, drive talent acquisition, and lead employee development initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management with a solid understanding of labor laws and best practices.
- You will be responsible for enhancing organizational performance through innovative HR solutions and employee engagement programs.
- Additionally, you will serve as a resource for management and staff on HR policies and procedures, providing guidance on employee relations issues and performance management.
- The Human Resources Manager will adapt and implement HR policies that reflect CWAY’S commitment to excellence and adherence to compliance standards.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to ensure smooth integration.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related issues.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop HR metrics for performance improvement.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
