Purpose:
- To manage all HR logistics and administrative activities, provide clerical support to the HR Advisor, and assist with employee inquiries, recruitment, and record keeping.
The Job:
- Implement disciplinary actions in the Golden Sugar Company.
- Generate human resources statistics information on third-party invoices.
- Prepare training advice for staff and other related bodies.
- Proper documentation and filling of documents.
- Generate human resources statistics information on third-party invoices.
- Timely collection of tickets and issuance for product-free issues.
- Verify payment to outsourced staff by all agents.
- Monitors and documents third-party agency compliance.
Qualifications:
- OND in Humanities or any relevant Social Sciences.
Experience:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
The person must:
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to relate effectively across all levels.
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Good knowledge of office applications.
- Possess strong organizational ability.
