Overview

  • The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, documentation, compliance, and payroll support.
  • The role serves as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and helps maintain an organized, efficient, and employee-focused HR environment.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist with posting job vacancies, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate pre-employment documentation, reference checks, and background verification.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding packs.
  • Facilitate new employee orientation and ensure smooth integration.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Manage daily HR correspondence, memos, and documentation.
  • Support the preparation of HR reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.

Employee Relations Support:

  • Serve as a point of contact for staff inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Help support employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and staff welfare activities.
  • Assist in resolving routine employee concerns or escalate as necessary.

Compliance & Policy Management:

  • Ensure employee documentation is complete, updated, and compliant with company policies and local labour laws.
  • Support HR audits and compliance checks.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

HR Operations & Coordination:

  • Schedule performance reviews, training programs, and HR meetings.
  • Coordinate disciplinary and grievance hearing logistics.
  • Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and team-building activities

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in HR administration or coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
