Role Description:
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Executive at Punch Newspapers.
- The HR Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions.
- This role is located in Magboro, Lagos/Ibadan Expressway, Ogun state but allows for some remote work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
- HR Management and HR Operations skills
- Employee Relations and HR Policies experience
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
