Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our internal HR operations while also supporting key client HR projects. The successful candidate will ensure our people management practices are aligned with best practices and Nigerian labor laws, while leveraging their expertise to deliver exceptional HR solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, and offboarding.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and industry standards.

Coordinate the performance appraisal process and support employee development initiatives.

Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary processes with fairness and consistency.

Prepare accurate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management decisions.

Contribute to client projects, including HR audits, policy design, and outsourced HR management.

Drive initiatives that enhance work culture, engagement, and retention.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.

Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable.

5–7 years of progressive HR generalist experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, HR best practices, and HR advisory services.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
