Job Overview
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our HR strategies, ensuring compliance, and supporting the overall growth and well-being of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with company goals and labor laws.
- Manage employee records, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and conflicts.
- Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Provide HR reports and insights to management for strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Applicant must live within Ajah and Lekki axis.
