Job Description
- The successful candidate is responsible for creating and implementing effective onboarding plans.
- He/She also prepares and manages the recruitment process in relation to any vacancies in the school.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any Social Sciences, Humanities, or Business Administration disciplines.
- Professional certification in Human Resources from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Nigeria or its overseas equivalent (e.g., HR Certification Institute (HRCI) or Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD)).
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of employment laws and practices, and experience in the overall HR value chain.
- Excellent negotiation skills and strong business acumen.
- Effective organizational skills.
- Excellent employee relations, communication, and interpersonal skills.
