Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist management with HR-related guidance and documentation.
- Coordinate staff training and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an HR role (automotive industry experience is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labour law.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
