Job Description
- Talent management: Manage the full recruitment and hiring process, create job descriptions, and develop onboarding and training programs.
- Employee relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
- Strategy and compliance: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and ensure the organization complies with all labor laws and regulations.
- Performance and compensation: Oversee performance appraisal systems and manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll-related matters.
- Professional development: Support employee growth and retention through training, career pathing, and talent management strategies.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND / Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years work experience.
Salary
N200,000 – N500,000 / Month.
