Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains qualified employees.
  • Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Employee Relations:

  • Promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Address employee grievances and conflicts professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Training and Development:

  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs.
  • Facilitate employee growth and career development.

Performance Management:

  • Support appraisal systems that align employee performance with organizational goals.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide feedback.

Policy Implementation and Compliance:

  • Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Regularly update HR policies to reflect current legal and industry standards.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer salary structures, allowances, and benefit programs.
  • Ensure fair and equitable pay practices.

HR Records and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Manage sensitive HR data securely and confidentially.

Workforce Planning and Organization:

  • Assist in strategic planning for current and future staffing needs.
  • Help align HR functions with the company’s overall goals.

Health, Safety, and Welfare:

  • Promote and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
  • Support employee wellness programs and initiatives.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track HR KPIs (e.g., turnover rate, training effectiveness).
  • Provide reports and insights to guidedecision-making

Requirements And Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 4 years of work experience.
