Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of our restaurant, supermarket, and dry cleaning staff, including frontline employees and management teams.
- Assess training needs through regular evaluations and feedback mechanisms, adjusting programs accordingly to optimize effectiveness.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions on various topics such as customer service, food safety, operational procedures, and leadership development.
- Partner with department managers to identify skill gaps and provide targeted training solutions to enhance performance and productivity.
- Monitor and track employee progress and development, maintaining accurate records of training activities and certifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR team members on recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring new hires receive comprehensive training and support.
- Serve as a resource for employees seeking career development opportunities, providing guidance and assistance in achieving their professional goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Proven experience in human resources, with a focus on training and development, preferably within the restaurant and hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design principles, and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
