About the Role
- We are seeking to hire a diligent Internal Audit Officer to support internal control processes and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and special audit assignments
- Review internal controls and operational processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Prepare audit reports and follow up on audit findings
- Support risk assessment and fraud prevention initiatives
- Liaise with external auditors when required
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 2–3 years relevant experience in internal audit or accounting role
- Part qualification or membership of ICAN/ACCA is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of audit procedures and internal controls
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
