Responsibilities:
Investment Fund Sourcing:
- Source and secure investment funds on behalf of the company, ensuring competitive rates and terms.
- Identify and pursue new clients and business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Generate investors to the tune of 50M Monthly
Job Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, real estate a related field within the financial services or real estate sector.
- Proven experience in investment management, financial advisory, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, real estate investment products, and client management.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent relationship management skills.
Salary
N200,000 – N400,000 monthly.
