Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to join our growing logistics team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth system operations, and providing technical support to enhance productivity.
- The role also requires expertise in application development and graphic design to support our digital initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes are in place.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades.
- Develop and maintain in-house applications to support business operations.
- Create high-quality graphic designs for digital and print materials.
- Support logistics software and ensure smooth IT operations for daily activities.
What the IT Administrator Will Bring to the Table in a Logistics Firm:
- Operational Efficiency: Automate and optimize logistics processes to improve delivery speed and tracking.
- Cybersecurity & Data Protection: Secure company data, prevent cyber threats, and ensure smooth IT operations.
- Application Development: Build and manage software solutions that enhance order management, inventory tracking, and real-time reporting.
- Branding & Visual Communication: Provide quality graphic designs for digital marketing, reports, and internal communication.
- Tech-Driven Decision Making: Implement data analytics tools to provide insights for business growth.
- System Maintenance & Support: Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of IT-related issues.
Requirements:
- A good Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Networking, or Information Technology.
- Minimum 5 years of IT administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in application development (e.g., web and mobile apps).
- Experience in graphic design using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW.
- Familiarity with logistics software and cloud-based solutions is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Any relevant certification (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, etc.) is an added advantage.
