- We are looking to hire a vibrant young professional to work in our operations department as the junior financial analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements);
- Performing periodic financial analysis and reconciling financial discrepancies;
- Auditing financial information;
- Reporting expense and weekly cash flow;
- Preparing management report;
- Tracking receivables and payables accounts via ageing report;
- Maintain asset register;
- Monthly pension remittance;
- Book-keeping and journal entries;
- Generating invoices
