About Westcare Specialist Hospital:
Westcare Specialist Hospital – The idea to create Westcare Hospital group was conceived in 1997. This idea was brought to fruition in May 1998 when the first hospital was founded and named Ilogbo central Hospital. The hospital was named after Ilogbo town near Ajangbadi, Ojo LGA of Lagos in which the hospital was situated.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR support to management and staff on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Manage employee data, records, and documentation.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to and provide support to staff inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 5 years work experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Work Mode; Monday- Saturday 8am – 5pm (Alternate Saturday).
Remuneration
N200,000 monthly Gross.
