Job Title: Junior Inventory Manager

Role Overview:
- As Junior Inventory Manager, you’ll support inventory planning, control, and reporting to ensure our kitchens and packing departments never run short—or overstock—on ingredients and packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels for ingredients, packaging, and supplies
- Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries
- Conduct weekly physical counts; reconcile discrepancies
- Update inventory system (ERP/Excel) with receipts, usage, and wastage
- Forecast demand based on sales data and seasonal trends
- Collaborate with Kitchen, Packing, and Logistics teams to optimize stock flow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- 2 years experience in inventory, supply chain, or procurement
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Excel; experience with ERP/inventory software a plus
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
