Position Overview
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and guiding students through their study-abroad journey. You’ll work closely with prospective clients, providing expert advice, closing deals, and assisting with university admissions processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling :
- Engage with prospective students to understand their needs and aspirations for studying abroad.
- Provide guidance on suitable programs and universities tailored to their goals.
- Sales and Lead Management :
- Convert inquiries into successful sales by effectively communicating the value of our services.
- Manage a pipeline of leads to ensure consistent follow-ups and deal closures.
- Admissions Support :
- Assist students in preparing and submitting applications to partner universities.
- Ensure all required documentation is accurate and submitted within deadlines.
- Target Achievement :
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service.
- Reporting :
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
- Provide weekly updates on progress toward targets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM tools and virtual communication platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in counseling or educational consulting is a plus.
- Knowledge of international education systems, especially European universities, is advantageous.
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Being Skilled at following up and closing is a deal breaker
What We Offer
- Base Salary : ₦100,000/month.
- Incentives :
- Up to ₦300,000 for achieving sales targets.
- Bonus allowance for hitting target in one month
- Credit and data allowance to support your remote work.

- Possibilities of working remotely after probation this is directly tied to performance
