Job Description
- We are hiring a detail-oriented and creative Junior UI / UX Designer who can work across design processes, from understanding user needs to crafting beautiful interfaces and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in user research and translate findings into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and stunning interactive prototypes.
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile.
- Collaborate with data and development for seamless implementation.
- Document design decisions and specifications.
- Clearly articulate design rationale and present design concepts to the team and stakeholders.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, design methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience designing user-centred web and/or mobile application interfaces (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A passion for creating impactful and user-friendly digital experiences.
